All information is stored and backed up daily at two separate HIPAA/HITECH compliant colocation facilities (Birmingham, Alabama and Jackson, Mississippi). All data is transmitted using an encrypted transmission protocol and RepAgencyWorks has a disaster recovery policy in place.
